Manager (Administrative Department)

Qualifications:

a)      Bachelor’s Degree Preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology,

         Behavioral Science.

b)      Preferably Licensed Psychometrician, Behavioral Science.

c)      Related professional experience of at least ten (10) years

d)      Experienced in supervising personnel

 

Manager (Property Management and Maintenance Services PMMS)

Qualifications:

a)      Bachelor’s Degree Preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology,

         Behavioral Science, Business Administration/ Management

b)      Preferably Licensed Broker or with Masteral Degree

c)      Related professional experience of at least ten (10) years

d)      Experienced in supervising personnel

 

Manager (Construction Management Department)

Qualification:

a)      Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Electrical/Structural Engineering

b)      Licensed Engineer

c)      Post Graduate Degree would be an advantage

c)      Related professional experience of at least ten (10) years

d)      Experienced in supervising personnel

 

Chief of Division (for Disbursement and Payroll Unit)

Qualifications:

a)      Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business Management or any related field

b)      Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

c)      Related professional experience of at least seven (7) years

d)      Experienced in supervising personnel

 

 Chief of Division (for Personnel and Administrative Unit)

Qualifications:

a)      Bachelor’s Degree Preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology,

         Behavioral Science.

b)      Preferably Licensed Psychometrician

c)      Post Graduate Degree would be an advantage

d)      Related professional experience of at least seven (7) years

e)      Experienced in supervising personnel

 

 Chief of Division (for ROPA Mgt. & Brokering Services Unit)

Qualifications:

a)      Bachelor’s Degree Preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology,

         Behavioral Science, Business Administration/ Management

b)      Preferably Licensed Broker or with Masteral Degree

c)      Related professional experience of at least seven (7) years

d)      Experienced in supervising personnel

 

 

Project Engineer/ Cost Estimator

Qualifications:

a)      Electrical and Civil Engineer

b)      Preferably Licensed Engineer

c)      New board passers and newly graduates are welcome to apply.

d)      Willing to be assigned in field work (NCR and provincial)
