As a General Building AA contractor accredited by the Philippine Contractors’ Accreditation Board (PCAB) with a P300-million licensing threshold, LBRDC undertakes the construction and renovation of Land Bank branches, corporate centers, regional offices, and specialized structures such as ATM booths, while also serving various government agencies and institutions. These services are supported by duly licensed architects and engineers, engaged either as independent contractors or employed by LBRDC, ensuring seamless, compliant, and high-quality project delivery from design conceptualization to completion.

We operate and manage the LBRDC Special Economic Zone (SEZ), located in Barangay 186, Tala, North Caloocan City, a fully developed and secure 21-hectare economic zone registered with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) under Registration No. 2022-00055-PEZA-DM-L68-1
LBRDC-SEZ is a pioneering economic zone in Metro Manila, that houses twenty-nine (29) companies engaged in light to medium-scale industries, including electronics, garments, metal processing, lithium-ion batteries, steel fabrication, woodworking, dried fruits and fish processing, Steel Reinforced Concrete (SRC) panel production, manufacturing of tobacco, and more.
