A. Benefits
- Government agencies contracting with LBRDC are in effect helping the Republic of the Philippines indirectly because the approved budget of the contract (ABC) paid to LBRDC will ultimately revert back to the coffers of the national government due to the fact the LBRDC is remitting its income yearly to the National Treasury.
