LBRDC Holds Annual Stockholders’ and Organizational Board Meeting for CY 2025
On October 15, 2025, the LBRDC Annual Stockholders’ Meeting and Organizational Board Meeting for Calendar Year 2025 was held at the Ante Room, 34th floor of LANDBANK Plaza. President and CEO Lynette V. Ortiz attended on behalf of the parent company, LANDBANK.
All members of the LBRDC Board of Directors were in full attendance, highlighting the importance of the Annual Stockholders’ and Organizational Board Meeting for CY 2025. The proceedings were led by LBRDC President and CEO COL Ricardo C. Juliano, CPA, PA (MNSA) (RES), alongside Chairperson LT GEN Antonio Ramon A. Lim PAF (Ret.), whose strategic leadership set the tone for the session. They were joined by a distinguished roster of directors: Marietta B. Cajuguiran, Feliciano L. Macalino, Abner O. Malabanan, Joselito R. Manalo, Jose Enrique R. Marfori Jr., Atty. Manuel C. Piczon, and Paolo Miguel V. Teodoro—each contributing to the unified vision and governance of LBRDC. Also present were Legal Counsel Atty. Bienvenido L. Garing Jr., Corporate Secretary Atty. Kenneth A. Buenaventura, Corporate Treasurer Teresa Denis B. Dugay-Gregorio, and Assistant Corporate Secretary Atty. Kimberly Clark M. Balingit—whose presence further underscored the meeting’s significance and the corporation’s commitment to sound governance.
