LBRDC FGD COMPETENCY FRAMEWORK 2025 (LEADERSHIP/MANAGERIAL)
Manila, Philippines – July 28, 2025 – LBP Resources and Development Corporation (LBRDC) successfully held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) , marking a key step in developing its new Leadership and Managerial Competency Framework. The session, held at Function Room 4 of LBP Plaza, gathered managers, supervisors, and staff from various units, along with LBRDC President and CEO Ricardo C. Juliano, to collaboratively define the leadership qualities crucial for the organization's future.
The discussion aimed to identify and validate the leadership/managerial competencies essential for driving performance, operational excellence, and organizational growth. The session opened with an interactive exercise via Menti.com, followed by breakout group discussions on leadership definitions, current practices, development gaps, and future-focused competencies.
