Performance Pledge

We, the officials and employees of the LBP Resources and Development Corporation, in the spirit of public service, affirm our sworn duties to serve the citizenry with utmost responsibility, integrity, loyalty, efficiency, act with patriotism and justice and lead modest lives.

Specifically, we pledge to:

  3. Render prompt, efficient, total, and quality service to clients;

  4. Provide comfortable waiting areas and frontline personnel to attend immediately to clients’ queries;

  5. Provide a feedback system to assess the quality of service rendered and make improvements, if necessary; and

  6. Respond to complaints about our services at the soonest possible time.
